Your run, by the numbers.

Import the video and the GPX track from the same outing. TrackFrame syncs them automatically and puts speed, altitude, grade and profile right on your footage.

Works with tracks from

StravaGarminSlopesApple WatchKomootSuuntoCorosany GPX file

and with video from iPhone, GoPro, DJI, Insta360 and any action cam

How it works

From the trail to a video worth sharing, in three steps.

01

Import

Pick the video from Photos or Files, even from iCloud or an external drive, and the GPX track of the outing.

02

Sync

TrackFrame uses the video's recording time to line it up with the track, and fixes the wrong time zone action cams often save. Fine-tune to a tenth of a second if needed.

03

Export

Choose a style, widgets and format, then export up to 4K. Save to Photos or share straight to social media.

Overlay styles

Three styles, one tap to switch.

Every widget can be moved, resized and recolored. The style changes them all at once.

HUD

Dark panels and a lime accent: readable on snow, asphalt and forest.

Minimal

Just white type and thin lines, for a cinematic look.

Analog

Needle speedometer, altimeter and inclinometer with an orange accent.

Editor

An editor built for your thumb.

  • Widgets at your fingertips — drag, pinch to resize, tap to change color and units.
  • A timeline with your track — video thumbnails and the GPX chart side by side, to find the right moment fast.
  • Undo and redo — experiment freely: every change can be undone.

Format

From landscape to vertical, without another app.

  • 9:16, 1:1, 4:5 and 16:9 — for Stories, Reels, TikTok, posts and YouTube.
  • Drag to frame — move the crop over the full video, with a rule-of-thirds grid.
  • Widgets that reflow — the data rearranges itself for the new format.

Honest stats

The numbers of your clip, not the whole day.

  • Maximums and climbing for the filmed part — top speed is the one from the run you're watching, not the whole day.
  • Cleaned-up GPS — imprecise points and impossible jumps are dropped, and stops don't become gaps.
  • Metric or imperial — km/h and meters, or mph and feet.
The numbers of your clip, not the whole day.

And more

Everything you need, nothing you don't.

Spots recording times saved in the wrong time zone and lines them up for you.

FAQ

Quick answers.

Where do I get a GPX file?

Most tracking apps export one: Strava, Garmin Connect, Slopes, Komoot, Suunto, Coros and many more. For Apple Watch workouts, an app like HealthFit or RunGap can export them.

Does it work with GoPro, DJI and Insta360?

Yes. TrackFrame reads the recording time stored in the video. Many action cams save it in the wrong time zone: the app notices and fixes it, and you can always fine-tune by hand.

Are my videos uploaded anywhere?

No. Everything happens on your iPhone: no account, no servers, no tracking.

Which data can I show?

Speed, pace, distance, time, clock, altitude, grade, ascent, descent and elevation profile.

Can I export vertical video for Instagram or TikTok?

Yes: with the Format tool, choose 9:16, 1:1, 4:5 or 16:9 and drag the crop wherever you want.
